"Art" can be a many and varied thing but in the workplace we, perhaps understandably, do little of it. At best, it is a form of relaxation for just a few.
We assume that raising self-awareness through coaching needs to happen through conversation and dialogue, but painting and drawing can be used equally effectively to stimulate new thinking and change our perspectives.
At a base level, it unleashes our creative side, but more than that, it challenges our tendencies for literal thinking, it gives us tools to approach things from different angles, tackle a creative block, think more freely and even to collaborate as a team. It requires us to be truly in the moment and actively present in what we are doing. A powerful tool in any coaching programme.

From coaching in the French Alps, via terraces in the Italian countryside, to a hotel in a drizzly, city square, as long as there are tables and chairs, we can provide a workshop environment.
Group sizes differ but tend to involve 4 or more participants.
Materials are provided, some of which can be taken home so that the participants can continue their artistic journey after the session.
Before working as a full time artist, I spent 25 years working in the corporate world. As a governance professional, I worked in different businesses large and small, and in different sectors, finishing my career as COO of a FTSE 150 business. For this reason, not only do I understand the world of art, I also understand the needs and demands of the corporate workforce.

"We invited Caroline to join us at the Evolveray Retreat in Italy in March to facilitate one of our many creative exercises, and knew she would be the perfect fit as one of our guest experts. Her breadth of knowledge on so many subjects and art in particular meant she fitted into the group beautifully and her very natural, engaging and inspiring manner meant we (and the guests!) truly did not want her to leave! Her life story captured all of our imaginations, and her down to earth approach to facilitating our guests to learn to paint was second to none. Caroline had thought through every detail to make sure her session was well prepared, fun, and accessible. So much so, we now have a group of budding painters and creatives. Honestly Caroline, you made the retreat come alive with your energy and extremely positive impact on the group. You are truly one of the Evolveray kindred women for life. "

Caroline’s painting workshops are accessible to everyone. She understands that not everyone may have prior experience with art, and she creates an inclusive and welcoming environment where anyone can feel comfortable expressing themselves through paint and canvas.
Thank you Caroline for igniting a new passion and adding colors to my life!"
